Braselton, GA is a historic town right at the start of the North Georgia mountains that is trying to establish itself as a trendier, more artsy version of the old towns in the area. It does have its old homes and town square but also has new restaurants and a tourist-friendly open container zone around them. I most associate it with the Galloping Galette French restaurant that I like to stop by when passing through!
